Thursday, December 6, 2007- Now is the Time to Invest in Land via Foreclosures
It’s no secret, everyday the media and internet barrage consumers with stories of doom and gloom about the real estate market causing concern, while this is a very real issue for many, it can also be an investment opportunity for others. To me this is music to my ears. A down real estate market means its time to buy foreclosures. Why buy foreclosures? First to generalize the real estate market is down 20-25% nationwide, with some areas like Washington, and California seeing an ever greater decline. If you pick and choose your foreclosures carefully you can buy land at up to 60% savings. Prodigious profits are to be made right now by buying the right foreclosures and turning them over immediately, but the astute investor will recognize that a larger return can be made by buying a foreclosure now and holding on to it for a few years. A simple yet effective rule to live by is, “Buy real estate when everyone is trying to sell and is unable to, and sell real estate when everyone is trying to buy.”

Thursday, November 29, 2007- Realestate Foreclosures HOT Investment!
Now is the time to invest in raw land and realestate. With foreclosures on the rise, and realestate prices at an all time low, investors can take advantage of the tremendous savings and huge discounts offered from bank foreclosed properties and homes. Many strategist feel the market will continue to worsen rather that improve in the next 6 months, but the majority also predict an upturn within the next two years. Be ready for when the market turns by positioning yourself with investment properties for a lucrative return.

Thursday, November 15, 2007- Invest in the American Dream
Many of the world's great fortunes have been made in real estate.  Real estate is a good investment -- they cannot make any more land. Owning land gives you a lot of flexibility, including a sense that you really own a part of America. In the U.S., land purchased remains yours forever, or until you decide to sell it. There is only so much land in the world. Due to Supply and Demand it is always increasing its value.  The owner of an investment property enjoys the pride of ownership and tax benefits unique to real estate.
